Need help with GifDrop?

What to include

• Your macOS version.
• Whether it was a video or an image sequence, and its length or frame count.
• The format and size you were targeting (e.g. WebP under 8 MB).
• A screenshot of any error message.

Common fixes

If a GIF won’t hit your size, try a smaller target, switch to WebP, or trim the video shorter. The free version converts up to 100 frames per sequence or 10-second video clips — Pro removes both limits.

GifDrop supports videos (MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM) and image sequences (PNG, JPG, TIFF, TGA, BMP), exporting GIF or animated WebP.

Activating Pro

After purchase, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to you. In GifDrop, open Settings, paste the key, and click Activate. Pro unlocks unlimited length, batch conversion, and full-resolution exports.
